We're hiring hospitality-driven Counter Servers & Baristas for our Montpelier location — part-time and full-time roles available. What You'll Do

Deliver Great Guest Experiences

• Bring genuine, gracious hospitality to every guest interaction
• Craft quality beverages and serve up delicious food with pride
• Know the menu inside and out so you can make great recommendations

Keep the Counter Running Smoothly

• Handle opening and closing duties with the team
• Prep, restock, clean, and sanitize to keep things safe and pleasant for guests and coworkers alike
• Juggle multiple orders at once, keeping tickets on time and orders together
• Wash dishes, follow recipes, and use proper portion control
• Balance high volume with high standards, without losing your cool
• Collaborate closely with a team-first crew

What You Bring

• Must be 18 or older (required to serve alcohol in Vermont)
• Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery 1st Class License Certification preferred
