- 1-3+ years of counter sales, retail sales, or customer service experience (construction or building materials preferred)
- Knowledge of construction materials (lumber, tools, hardware, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to generate quotes and invoices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Proficient with POS systems or ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
