Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join their team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. The representative will assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and ensure seamless sales operations through effective inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Manage order fulfillment by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain inventory control.
• Handle cash transactions, following proper cash-handling procedures.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations, including window diagnostics when applicable.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
   

• Previous experience in a construction or retail sales environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory control and order fulfillment practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform window diagnostics is a plus, but not required.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
