Job Title: Counter Sales - Hardware
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours weekly

As a Counter Sales associate, you will:
  • Greet customers promptly, identify their needs, and provide expert recommendations on products.
  • Order Processing, ring up sales, process special orders, and handle returns.
  • Use technical knowledge to help customers with, or instruct them on, projects involving hardware.
  • Inventory Management,Stock shelves, restock displays, and perform cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or construction environment is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware items, tools, and materials is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, basic math skills (arithmetic, fractions, fractions)
  • Ability to lift up to 60–75 lbs occasionally, as lifting requirements may vary.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
