We’re expanding—and bringing cutting-edge innovation with us. Our personal care facility is launching a new, tech-forward rehab program focused on neuro recovery and cognitive decline, using gamified therapy and interactive technology to deliver better outcomes and more engaging care.

 

We’re hiring:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents
  • Integrate interactive/gamified tools into treatment plans
  • Support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline
  • Contribute to a dynamic, evolving care model
  • Help with development and education on screening processes

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Licensed COTA or PTA
  • Passion for innovation in rehab and patient engagement
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to residents including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.

 

Required Skills:

  • Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
