Responsibilities include gathering data, performing take-offs from drawings, analyzing plans and specifications, and preparing bid proposals.
They assist with pricing change orders, conducting site visits, and obtaining subcontractor and vendor quotes.
Familiarity with electrical equipment, blueprints, contract documents, and design tools is essential.
Qualifications include 2+ years with a Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably Electrical), 6+ years with an Associate's, or 8+ years with a high school diploma.
Skills involve reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, and working with software like Accubid and BIM.
Must pass a background check and have strong communication, manual dexterity, and problem-solving abilities.
