Job Description Cost Estimator / Should Cost Analyst Remote Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator / Should Cost Analyst to support project planning and cost analysis activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and architects to develop accurate cost estimates and provide insights into project expenses. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand project Product, requirements, and scale. Travel to job sites to collect information related to materials, labor, and project conditions. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, architects, and cross-functional teams. Consult with industry experts to validate and refine cost estimates. Identify, analyze, and quantify all cost factors associated with projects. Use estimation and analytical software tools to prepare detailed cost calculations. Prepare, maintain, and present cost reports and analysis to clients and stakeholders. Support should-cost analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
