They prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, billing requisitions, and analyze project variations.
Key tasks include monitoring progress, managing subcontractor payments, estimating change proposals, and supporting field budget structures.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel and project tracking software, and excellent communication abilities.
Experience with self-perform work and certifications like CCP are advantageous.
Salary range: $80,000-$110,000.
