Job Description:

Other duties as assigned. Provides the highest level of customer service and professionalism in all contacts. Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, and treatment areas daily. Learns to use and operate products, tools, and equipment used at the Spa. Recommends retail products to clients and facilitates the sale of those products. Provides nail and hair treatments to customers of the Spa as well as fitting and customization of wigs. Maintains up-to-date industry knowledge and skills. Sets up and breaks down work area at the start and end of each shift. Promotes the Spa and implements assigned marketing strategies. Ensures outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all clients. Actively participates in Spa events, pop-ups, and community events, both onsite and offsite.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Up to date with industry standards and techniques [Required]

• Problem solving skills [Required]
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

• 1+ as a cosmetologist in a licensed environment [Preferred]
• Lash Extension [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS [Required]
• Licensed Cosmetologist (CL [Required]
