About the Position: Journey level professional case management work in which an employee serves on a classification team; evaluates the offender's institutional adjustment attitude toward society and release plans; and makes recommendations relative to job assignments, facility transfers, and disciplinary actions. In addition to the duties outlined in PIC I, employees in this classification may also be required to act as grievance officer and hold disciplinary hearings on conduct violations and serve on treatment teams.
What you'll need to be Successful: To be successful in this position, you will need to be highly organized, pay close attention to detail, follow MSPB AND MDOC Policies and Procedures, have good communication skills, and be able to meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications
