Role Summary
We are seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to join the Service Experience Value Stream. This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year roadmap that drives shared business and technology outcomes. You will partner with analysts, architects, and engineers to design, build, test, and enhance modern technology solutions that deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences and support strategic business opportunities. This role has accountability across multiple technology ecosystems, including enhancing capabilities, streamlining delivery, modernizing underlying technology stacks, establishing architectural direction, ensuring financial discipline, and driving innovation through emerging technologies and processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap aligned to Service Experience Value Stream objectives, optimizing sequencing while ensuring successful execution.
- Partner with planning leads, RTEs, Development Leads, Solution Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure initiative transparency and alignment.
- Deliver on team commitments with clear visibility into progress, risks, challenges, and blockers.
- Guide teams through complex initiatives, identifying and resolving cross-dependencies.
- Collaborate across organizational levels to align business goals, strategies, capabilities, and processes.
- Facilitate strong Business–Technology alignment through a consultative and collaborative approach.
- Drive cross-team communication to enhance transparency, issue identification, and resolution.
- Identify organizational requirements related to resources, structure, and cultural shifts necessary to enable delivery success.
- Partner with Value Stream Architects to develop gap analyses and IT investment roadmaps reflecting current-state technology and future-state capabilities.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends, serving as a thought leader in the Digital Experience space.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a highly engaged workforce with strong technical expertise and business acumen.
- Champion a customer-centric, connected experience that enhances end-user productivity.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level IT solutions, including stakeholder management.
- 10+ years of experience managing multiple technical workstreams in close partnership with Business Leads and Product Managers.
- 10+ years of experience working within the SAFe Agile framework, including estimation, scheduling, financial planning, and budgeting.
- Strong experience in workforce planning, resource management, and vendor/consultant oversight.
- Proven success in talent development, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Experience delivering engaging and efficient digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Certifications in delivery methodologies (e.g., SAFe / Scaled Agile) are a plus.
Additional Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex issues using sound judgment and experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across Value Streams, Business Areas, Corporate Functions, and Centers of Enablement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive expectation management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams advancing enterprise value stream roadmaps.
- Demonstrated success influencing process adoption and continuous improvement across complex organizations.
- Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities.
- Knowledge of modern technology ecosystems, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, mobile application development, content management systems, SSO, cybersecurity, and application security tools.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic architectures.
- Understanding of business, operating, and financial models, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile and Lean methodologies, IT services, infrastructure and operations, enterprise architecture (EA), and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and consulting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business domains and technologies.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $185,000-$264,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
