The Strategy Lead will lead strategy development, planning, and execution for New York Life’s Business Solutions business. Business Solutions serves the needs of business owners and their employees through workplace-purchased solutions such as Employee’s Whole Life and group employee benefits.
This role will serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of Business Solutions and the Senior Leadership Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of the business and ensure effective execution of key priorities. The Strategy Lead will play a central role in framing complex business challenges, developing actionable recommendations, and driving alignment across stakeholders to deliver results.
Partnering with leaders across product management, operations, sales enablement, distribution, and data & analytics, this individual will help design and implement critical initiatives spanning go-to-market strategy, operating model evolution, customer and agent experience, and business transformation efforts.
This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the long-term direction of a growing business.

Salary Range: $185,000-$264,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
