  • Develop clear strategic perspectives on growth, differentiation, and customer engagement
  • Integrate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategic choices
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends (e.g., AI, personalization, evolving distribution models) and translate them into business implications
  • Provide structured recommendations and influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.

Executive Communication & Enterprise Collaboration:

  • Develop clear, compelling materials for executive audiences (e.g., CMO’s board updates, Executive Management Committee updates)
  • Structure decisions by outlining options, trade-offs, and recommendations
  • Partner across Experience & Digital Marketing, Value Streams and other business functions to ensure strategies are cohesive and actionable
  • Act as a connector across functions to align priorities and drive enterprise impact.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, marketing strategy, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic role
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working on marketing, brand, customer experience, or go-to-market strategy
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to ambiguity
  • Strong executive communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
