Corporate Trust Associate

Our Corporate Trust Practice is one of the most well-regarded default-side corporate trust practices in the market, representing indenture trustees, administrative and collateral agents, and the corporate trust and loan agency departments of major banks and financial institutions across public and private debt financings, securitizations, and complex restructurings. You'll work directly with indenture trustees, agents, and financial institution clients on public and private debt and loan transactions, with exposure to private credit and direct lending deals alongside a team that regularly handles complex restructurings and default-side matters.

NYC corporate trust associate (2nd–3rd yr) wanted. Trustee/agent-side experience on public and private debt transactions, private credit a plus.

Salary: $205,000 - $235,000 per year

Job Details

Active New York Bar admission required
2nd–3rd year associate
Experience representing corporate trust and loan agency departments of banks and financial institutions in their role as trustee or agent
Experience in public and private debt or loan transactions
Strong corporate finance background
Experience in private credit and direct lending is a plus
