Job Details

What You Will Do

The Senior Transactional Attorney will handle a broad range of transactional matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Business purchases and sales
  • Commercial contracts
  • Entity formation and structuring
  • Operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements
  • Buy-side and sell-side transaction support
  • Due diligence and closing documentation
  • Corporate governance related to transactions
  • General business and commercial transactions
  • Direct client communication and deal management

This role could be a strong fit for an attorney coming from a boutique firm, mid-sized firm, larger law firm, or sophisticated in-house transactional environment who wants to continue doing high-quality transactional work in a healthier, more rewarding setting.
