Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to evolving regulations. Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities. Provide strategic guidance on tax implications of transactions, investments, and organizational initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and investment teams to support business objectives. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, proactively advising leadership on potential impacts. Drive process improvements and automation within the tax function to enhance efficiency and scalability.
