Overview
Job Summary
The Corporate Security Manager is responsible for developing, governing, and sustaining the organization's enterprise physical security program to safeguard personnel, facilities, aircraft, and other critical assets across a geographically distributed footprint. This role establishes physical security strategy, standards, and risk‑based controls; oversees security technologies and vendor‑delivered services; and ensures physical security measures are applied consistently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational risk tolerance and regulatory obligations.
The position is managerial and programmatic in nature and does not perform security officer, security guard, or executive protection duties. The Corporate Security Manager maintains deep subject‑matter expertise in physical security, threat management, and executive protection principles to credibly advise leadership and oversee contracted services. In addition, the role provides support to the Emergency Management functions - approximately 20-30% - during planning, exercises, and incident response activities, including participation in Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operations as required.
