Corporate Security Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
Monitor the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors and facilities.
Use a variety of tools ranging from access control, video management, computer aided dispatch, alarm monitoring, report management, intelligence sources, radio dispatch consoles and in-house tools.
Detect, analyze, and dispatch Security Officers to incidents, monitoring and providing support until conclusion.
Notify appropriate strategic partners, and/or external responding agencies regarding any adverse conditions impacting the association or its employees, contractors and visitors.
Requirements- 2 years of each
Access Control, Computer Aided Dispatch, Alarm Monitoring experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
