**ADP- Lyric is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to join the team!** In this position you will be represent ADP's Next Gen HCM solution. This new solution is launching in the market and is poised to be a disruptive force. Built in the public cloud, leveraging low code technology, ADP developers have new tools to create a more dynamic and engaging HCM experience for our clients. In this sales role, you will articulate the value of the ADP technology platform, solution differentiators, and the potential business impact to the large addressable market. You will work closely with both the sales and service organizations to find the best prospects that fit specific requirements and then execute a sales process to close new deals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead large, complex sales opportunities covering all aspects of HCM. + Work closely with dedicated business consultant's to analyze client needs and assess product fit. + Create a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. + Leverage ADP's CRM solution to find, track, and manage opportunities. + Evangelize ADP- NEXT GEN HCM by providing product training to field sellers. + Work with product and corporate marketing to create demand and generate net new activities. + Interact with senior leaders within ADP and be willing and able to communicate and collaborate diplomatically and succinctly. + Provide feedback to ADP- NEXT GEN HCM product team, including competitive intelligence, client/prospect/sales input, etc. + Work with contract and legal teams to secure signed agreements. + Perform other related duties as assigned. Travel varies but will be required to perform the duties required of sales in large geographic areas. Results will be measured by performance against target for areas of responsibility. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: + 7 + years' experience in a Sr. SaaS sales experience in a wide geographic area. + A college degree is nice to have but not required, what's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include: + Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas. Proven proficiency in Account Plan development and implementation of related sales strategies to secure large National Account sales. + Proven proficiency in all hosted/multi-line solutions that ADP offers. + Knowledge of National Account product capabilities versus competitor product strengths/weaknesses is essential. + Outstanding sales skills, broad management knowledge and ability to manage, communicate, create and provide leadership without line authority. Proven proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential. + Proven customer service and relationship building skills. + Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written) + Organized, with effective time management skills + Ability to work independently and with a team + General business acumen + Mature and self-confident + Capacity to work under pressure Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
