ROLE IMPACT
This role supports full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, and strategic functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to drive efficient hiring processes, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a professional candidate experience. Success is defined by timely hires, organized process management, and high-quality candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer stage
* Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria
* Screen applicants, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews while ensuring process compliance
* Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
* Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and identify process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
* 2+ years of recruiting experience (open to junior or experienced recruiters; prior full-cycle experience preferred)
* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing recruiting documentation
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
