Corporate Recruiter
Hourly Range: $24 - $25 per hour
CR&R is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across operations and corporate functions. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire talent that supports service excellence and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely hiring results
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps
- Use Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) to track activity and support recruiting workflows
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
- Strong Communication Skills. Bilingual in Spanish/English Preferred
