Your Impact

 

Leads complex, niche, and high - volume hiring efforts by independently owning hard - to - fill roles and delivering scalable recruiting solutions for major projects or regions. This role develops and executes advanced sourcing strategies in talent - limited markets while driving key Talent Acquisition initiatives such as market partnerships, and referral programs. The Corporate Recruiter II solves hiring challenges creatively, influences TA strategy beyond assigned requisitions, and strengthens overall recruiting effectiveness through thought leadership and results - driven execution.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative recruiting services including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations. 
  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify talent for current openings as well as potential future needs. 
  • Share data insights with hiring managers to influence approach to filling roles. 
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers about talent assumptions and provide creative solutions. 
  • Execution of diversity plans and overall talent acquisition strategies. 
  • Maintains clear communication with all applicants, answering any questions as it pertains to the job being filled and applicant status. 
  • Ensure candidate flow to meet and exceed hiring goals. 
  • Assist the team with planning and participation in hiring events. 
  • Collaborate with sourcing team to create strategic sourcing plans to address the number of open requisitions. 

 

Education & Years of Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within AEC, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments. 
  • Experience in Construction or AEC hiring highly preferred 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisition loads while delivering quality hires. 
  • Proven ability to recruit for niche, technical, and difficult-to-fill positions. 
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and acting as a consultative business partner. 
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry associations, and alternative talent channels. 
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionable hiring strategies. 
  • Experience leveraging ATS and recruiting technologies; iCIMS experience preferred. 
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and relationship-building skills. 
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. 
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week on-site.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements 


While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations, and therefore, must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. 
Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
