Corporate Recruiter
Reports to: Recruiting Manager
Job Summary:The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned corporate and professional roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, support offer processes, and deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience. This role supports compliant, timely, and effective hiring practices while building strong talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.
Essential Functions:
1. Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruitment process for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring documentation.
2. Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, clarify hiring priorities, develop recruiting plans, and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
3. Source and Build Talent Pipelines: Use job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and other recruiting tools to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates.
4. Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and alignment with role and company requirements.
5. Coordinate Interview Process: Schedule interviews, communicate expectations to candidates and interview teams, collect feedback, and help maintain timely hiring decisions.
6. Support Offer and Pre-Employment Process: Partner with HR and hiring leaders to prepare offer recommendations, extend offers as appropriate, support negotiations, and facilitate pre-employment steps and handoff to onboarding.
7. Maintain ATS Accuracy: Ensure candidate records, interview notes, requisition status updates, and hiring documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant within the applicant tracking system.
8. Ensure Compliance: Follow applicable employment laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
9. Report Recruiting Activity: Track recruiting progress, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, candidate flow, and other key metrics to support recruiting updates and continuous improvement
10. Represent the Employer Brand: Provide a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience while representing the organization at recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community or school partnerships as needed.
Job Specifications:
1. High School diploma required.
2. Minimum 2 years of recruiting, human resources, or related experience; corporate recruiting experience preferred.
3. Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication.
4. Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, administrative, operational, or leadership support roles preferred.
5. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; UKG experience preferred.
6. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate sourcing methods, and compliant hiring processes.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
9. Demonstrated ability to use workplace technology, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and provide a high level of professionalism with candidates and internal partners.
11. Able to travel to company locations, career fairs, or recruiting events as required.
