Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility to extend
Pay Rate:$54–$56/hour (W2)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support one of our technical clients onsite in Seattle, Washington. This is a six-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate recruiting experience, particularly across non-technical business functions, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, including Boolean search techniques
  • Conduct phone screens and pre-screen interviews using behavioral interviewing best practices
  • Coach and prepare candidates throughout the interview process to ensure readiness and alignment
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, timely updates in applicant tracking systems
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring teams
  • Perform proactive candidate outreach and relationship management
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of corporate roles
  • Use data and metrics to analyze recruiting performance and inform hiring strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a corporate recruiting environment
  • Proven experience hiring for corporate roles, including but not limited to:
    • Marketing
    • Sales
    • Program Management
    • Business Analyst roles
    • Vendor Management
    • Risk Management and related business functions
  • Strong experience with Boolean sourcing, candidate sourcing, and corporate recruiting methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with behavioral interviewing and candidate interview coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise or technical corporate environments
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting
