Job Details

CORPORATE / CONTRACTS PARALEGAL

A growing Dallas-based company is seeking an experienced Corporate / Contracts Paralegal to support its in-house legal team across a high volume of commercial agreements and corporate matters. This is a substantive, hands-on role for a paralegal who can independently draft, redline, and manage contracts and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, redline, and help negotiate a range of commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
  • Manage contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal
  • Support entity management for domestic and, where applicable, international subsidiaries
  • Assist with corporate governance, due diligence, and transactional matters
  • Maintain organized contract and corporate records using document management systems
  • Partner with attorneys and business units across the company
  • Support process improvement and, where relevant, contract management technology

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of corporate and/or contracts paralegal experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
  • Ability to independently draft, redline, and manage contracts
  • Entity management and corporate governance experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and/or AI-driven legal tech a plus
  • JD or paralegal certificate a plus
