Corporate Office Manager
Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (on-site with occasional event support)
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits
Position Summary
Our client, a highly respected hospitality firm, is seeking a Corporate Office Manager who will be entrusted with the daily operations of the corporate office. This role is central to maintaining the financial integrity, administrative excellence, and organizational values that define the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly trustworthy, and experienced in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and benefits administration. This individual will be a steward of the company's culture, consistently upholding its vision, values, and service standards in all responsibilities and interactions.
