SWBC is seeking a talented individual who will develop, execute, and manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns to support the company’s PEO, Real Estate, and Employee Benefits Consulting groups. This role partners closely with internal clients and senior leaders to deliver proactive, consultative, and elevated client service that strengthens brand positioning, supports referral-driven growth, and deepens relationship-based marketing efforts. Utilizes a mix of print, direct mail, digital, social media, paid search, and email marketing to support B2B and highly relationship-focused services.

In this role, you will partner closely with internal clients and senior leaders to elevate marketing efforts across our PEO, Real Estate and Employee Benefits Consulting Groups. You’ll act as a trusted marketing partner, owning campaigns, strengthening referral and relationship-based strategies, and delivering high-quality, high-touch marketing support that drives growth and long-term client success.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Develops and implements marketing strategies in support of PEO, Real Estate, and Employee Benefits Consulting Group business goals, aligning with company objectives, industry trends, and budget.
  • Serves as a strategic thought partner to internal clients and leadership, advising on branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for B2B and employee benefits-focused offerings.
  • Partners proactively with internal clients to help shape and clarify their vision, translating business objectives into integrated, relationship-driven marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Owns campaigns end-to-end, including concept development, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis across the full prospect and client lifecycle.
  • Writes, edits, and produces content including, but not limited to, thought leadership, blogs, marketing collateral, presentations, email campaigns, digital content, and advertising copy tailored to business decision-makers and referral partners.
  • Develops and executes referral marketing and relationship-based marketing initiatives that support brokers, advisors, consultants, and internal sales teams.
  • Provides elevated client service by anticipating needs, maintaining clear and proactive communication, and delivering marketing solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Brings forward innovative ideas and solutions to improve campaign performance, strengthen client and referral relationships, and differentiate the business in competitive B2B markets.
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, consulting, compliance, and leadership to ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution.
  • Develops campaign metrics, tracks performance, and reports on effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
  • Stays current on employee benefits, B2B marketing, referral marketing best practices, and industry trends through research and professional development.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, strategies, and content across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience supporting B2B organizations, with a strong preference for Employee Benefits, Employee Benefits–adjacent, PEO, Real Estate, or consulting-based marketing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with referral marketing, relationship-based marketing, and partner-driven growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of how to market services where trust, credibility, and long-term relationships are critical.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with internal clients and comfortably work with and present to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work as a proactive individual contributor who takes full ownership of campaigns and deliverables from concept through execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling B2B marketing messaging.
  • Experience delivering elevated, consultative client service and acting as a trusted marketing advisor to internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in inbound marketing, campaign development, and performance measurement.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and ownership-minded approach to work.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting, content development, and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to bring innovative, practical solutions that enhance client experience and campaign effectiveness.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative B2B environment.
