Corporate M&A Associate

MW Talent is partnering with a leading national law firm to hire a Corporate M&A Associate for its Phoenix office.

What you will do

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documents
• Manage due diligence and coordinate deal execution
• Advise clients on financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements
• Work directly with partners and clients across the full deal lifecycle
• Handle multiple matters with strong ownership and efficiency

What you should have

• 4 or more years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
• Strong focus on M&A and complex business transactions
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong academic record
• Ability to manage deals with limited supervision
• JD required and active Arizona bar admission
• MBA or background in finance or accounting preferred
