The CISL must actively reinforce operationalize and advance the IMA model across branches. Success in this role requires a leader who can coach and develop people influence branch leaders build trust with the field drive accountability and clearly articulate the strategic value of the inspection program.The CISL serves as both asales leaderand aprogram champion helping scale the business through strong execution partnership and followership across the field.Primary PurposeThe CISL exists toBuild and develop a high-performing inspection sales teamDrive inspection sales growth across the business and hit KPIsStrengthen adoption and execution of the IMA modelPartner with branches to improve consistency accountability and resultsReinforce inspections as a strategic growth lever across the businessCore Responsibilities1. Sales LeadershipLead the corporate inspection sales strategy across assigned markets and branchesTranslate annual goals into practical field execution plansSupport market expansion and inspection revenue growth through disciplined sales leadershipDrive alignment between corporate strategy and branch-level execution2. Talent Selection Development and CoachingRecruit interview and select high-potential inspection sales talentLead effective onboardingrefresher and role ramp-up for new team members partnering with APi Group Safety SegmentConduct regular one-on-one coaching field observation and ride-alongsIdentify capability gaps and build targeted development plansStrengthen sales effectiveness in prospecting pipeline development customer engagement and closingBuild leadership bench strength and future talent pipelines where possible3. IMA Program LeadershipServe as a visible champion of the IMA model and inspection growth strategyClearly articulate the why" behind the model to branches IMAs and field leadershipReinforce the business value of inspections including long-term growth customer retention and downstream opportunity creationHelp branches understand and adopt the intended relationship model between IMAs and local teamsSupport consistency in how the program is represented executed and reinforced in the field4. Branch Partnership and InfluenceBuild strong credible relationships with branch managers and local leadership teamsPartner with branches to support market strategy territory alignment and local executionInfluence branch leaders toward adoption accountability and support of inspection initiativesFoster strong collaboration between inspection sales operations service and branch leadershipSupport offices in periods of transition growth or organizational change5.
