This role will act as the Corporate Office Human Resources Coordinator, focused heavily on the administrative, organizational, and operational support functions of the Corporate Human Resources team. This position serves as a key support resource to Corporate HR leadership and functional teams by coordinating logistics, maintaining HR documentation and systems, supporting onboarding and transitions, and ensuring day-to-day HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Corporate Human Resources leadership and functional teams
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for the Corporate Office, including onboarding setup and tracking
  • Maintain and organize all corporate team member personnel files and HR documentation
  • Maintain and update HR directories, guides, forms, and internal resources
  • Plan and coordinate corporate office events, including team member celebrations and related communications
  • Prepare and coordinate HR-related meetings, presentations, reports, and virtual meetings
  • Assist with property transition and acquisition administrative processes related to Human Resources
  • Coordinate collection and organization of HR due diligence documentation during transitions
  • Manage onboarding setup for transitioning employees within HR systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and background screening platforms
  • Generate and distribute onboarding status reports to track progress and completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Provide support for inquiries related to background checks, I-9s, onboarding, and temporary SSNs
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate HR system access for authorized users
  • Send new hire, promotion, and termination communications to key stakeholders, including payroll
  • Manage vendor billing allocations and assist with invoice tracking
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of corporate new hire orientation sessions
  • Conduct audits and reviews of team member information to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with benefits comparisons, reporting, and administrative HR projects as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive team member and organizational information
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, reporting, and special projects
  • Other operational and administrative duties as assigned based on business needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of Human Resources, administrative, coordinator, or related experience preferred
  • Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Workday and iCIMS highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diversified workforce and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
