We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on technology leader to serve as a Corporate Functions Technical Project Manager, responsible for leading the successful delivery of modern business solutions across Human Resources, Legal, Audit, Risk, Compliance, and other Corporate Functions domains.
This role combines technical project leadership, solution delivery management, and hands-on engineering experience to drive the implementation of business capabilities through a combination of custom development, low-code platforms, third-party SaaS solutions, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate whether a business need is best addressed through build, buy, configure, automate, or integrate strategies and can successfully lead delivery from concept through production.
The successful candidate will possess a strong technical foundation with experience in application development, solution architecture, systems integration, data platforms, and automation technologies. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven solutions while ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Assess and recommend the best solution approach, including:
Custom application development
Commercial SaaS solutions
Platform-based solutions
Process automation
Integrations and workflow orchestration
Create technology recommendations supported by cost, risk, scalability, and operational considerations.
Partner with architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Drive solution delivery leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Dataverse
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Lead design and implementation of workflow-driven business solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, governed, secure, and maintainable.
Support citizen development initiatives while maintaining enterprise controls.
Partner with business teams to define data and reporting requirements.
Drive initiatives involving:
Power BI
Databricks
Enterprise reporting platforms
Dashboard development
Data integration and transformation
Support the creation of operational and executive-level reporting capabilities.
Enable data-driven decision making through modern analytics solutions.
Lead delivery efforts involving integrations across enterprise systems including:
Workday
ServiceNow
Microsoft 365
SharePoint
Databricks
Internal enterprise applications
Vendor SaaS platforms
Coordinate API, file-based, and event-driven integrations.
Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and operationally supportable.
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for:
Information security
Data privacy
Architecture governance
Risk management
Compliance controls
Support technology reviews, governance forums, and production readiness activities.
Establish metrics to measure delivery effectiveness and business value realization.
Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.

$120,000 - $217,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
