WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Corporate Facilities Technician with at least one (1) year of general maintenance experience. Overall, you’re responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services. as needed. as well as maintaining curb appeal of the corporate office.
 
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Complete work orders and maintain grounds
  • Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the corporate office and other assigned locations
  • Deliver the highest level of service to team members
  • Seasonal duties such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. 
 
WHAT YOU NEED
  • At least one (1) year of facility maintenance or other relevant experience
  • General maintenance skills including HVAC, electrical, gas, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair
  • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
