This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to make a meaningful impact and advance their career within an organization that recognizes and rewards performance.Develop and execute a multi-year EHS strategy with clear KPIs and performance tracking.Champion a "Safety-First" culture through engagement, training, and leadership influence.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.Lead risk assessments, site audits, and hazard mitigation efforts.Investigate incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions and prevention plans.Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership to drive results.Design and deliver effective training programs and behavioral safety initiatives (BBS).Regularly visit sites to conduct walkthroughs and reinforce safety standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
