This role requires deep litigation expertise to direct complex class actions and arbitrations, single-plaintiff matters, and regulatory investigations from inception through trial. A day in the life
You"ll start your day reviewing class certification briefing for a high-impact wage-hour case. Afternoons could include case strategy sessions with outside counsel, revising dispositive motions, or leading strategy on a mock jury exercise. You"ll own strategic case management, working independently while collaborating across Legal, HR, and business teams to achieve favorable litigation outcomes.
