Seeking a Corporate Counsel, Revenue Contracts to support negotiation and management of commercial agreements related to products and services.
In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate high-volume revenue contracts, evaluate legal risks, and collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to structure deals that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements include a JD, at least 4 years of contracts experience, active US state bar membership, and strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and risk management.
