Were seeking a strategic legal teammate to drive critical infrastructure legal support for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where your expertise will directly impact the future of global cloud technology. In this pivotal role, youll be instrumental in crafting legal frameworks that enable AWSs rapid expansion and technological innovation across data center construction and infrastructure development.

Key job responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate sophisticated construction and consultant contracts for AWS infrastructure projects • Develop comprehensive compliance and training programs that align legal requirements with business objectives • Provide strategic legal counsel to infrastructure teams, resolving vendor management challenges and pre-litigation disputes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Public Policy, Finance, and Compliance • Manage external counsel relationships and optimize contracting workflows
