CMC Hotels is seeking an experienced above property Chief Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing Hotel properties maintenance programs and work alongside property maintenance teams to assist with larger projects. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnosis, troubleshoot and repair equipment such as HVAC, pool pacs, water heaters, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, ice machines, etc.

General job duties;
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job.

- Must have experience with door locking mechanism's such as Saflok, Dormakaba, Aculock, RFID.
General Requirements;
- Must have CPO certification
- Must have 5+ years working Maintenance experience with Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Must have 2+ years experience with Hotel Maintenance
- Must have trade school experience or equivalent working experience
- HVAC certified and have all current certifications to include EPA a plus
