<h1>Corporate Attorney</h1><p>We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Portland. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, ensuring the company operates within the law at all times.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Draft and review legal documents relating to business operations</li><li>Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues</li><li>Participate in negotiations and drafting of contracts</li><li>Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions</li><li>Provide legal support in strategic business decisions</li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school</li><li>Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon</li><li>Proven 3+ years experience as a Corporate Attorney or in a similar role.
