We are partnering with a business law firm seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its business and transactions group. This position offers remote or hybrid work for qualified candidates.
Background:
- 10+ years of experience leading M&A transactions
- Drafting and negotiating purchase, financing, and transactional agreements
- Acting as counsel to buyers and sellers in complex deals
- Experience with entity formation, structuring, LLC, and shareholder agreements
- Strong educational background
- Admitted in DC or eligible for waiver
