A bit about us:

A growing and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join its Boston office.

This opportunity offers exposure to a sophisticated mix of transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, emerging company representation, closely held business counseling, and general corporate matters. The practice is intentionally collaborative, allowing attorneys to work across multiple industries and client types rather than becoming siloed into a narrow specialty.

Why join us?

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $140,000–$225,000+
  • Significant annual bonus opportunity (30-75k+)
  • 1,800-hour billable target
