JOB TITLE: Corporate A/V Support Technician

SHIFT: Full-time day shift with a 7:30 a.m. start
We are seeking a Corporate A/V Support Technician to deliver hands-on support for workplace meeting technology and virtual collaboration tools. This individual will prepare meeting environments, assist users during active sessions, and resolve technical problems affecting presenters and participants.
Responsibilities- Prepare meeting spaces by testing room technology before scheduled sessions.
- Launch, oversee, and troubleshoot meetings conducted through Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
- Support users with meeting access, screen presentation, sound, video, and remote participation.
- Diagnose problems involving conferencing hardware, room controls, displays, audio devices, and cameras.
- Provide immediate technical assistance during in-person, virtual, and blended meetings.
- Support multimedia events, including live audio or video transmission when needed.
- Monitor the experience of both onsite and remote attendees and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Manage assigned technical problems through resolution while keeping affected users informed.
- Assist with additional workplace A/V and collaboration technology initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications- Professional experience providing hands-on support for workplace A/V, meeting rooms, conferencing systems, or collaboration tools.
- Practical experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex sessions.
- Experience working with room-based conferencing equipment and connected meeting technology.
- Ability to test and validate meeting-room equipment before scheduled use.
- Ability to resolve sound, camera, display, connectivity, and content-presentation problems during active meetings.
- Experience supporting in-person, remote, and blended meeting formats.
- Experience assisting presenters, employees, executives, guests, and remote attendees in a professional setting.
- Strong ownership of technical issues, including clear communication, timely response, and appropriate escalation.
- Ability to support live meetings and events while remaining calm, organized, and focused on service continuity.
