Core Assembly

Responsible for assembling core components and subassemblies used in manufacturing processes. Ensures parts are accurately built, properly aligned, and meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble core components and parts according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
• Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Load, position, and secure materials or components for assembly processes.
• Perform basic measurements using calipers, gauges, or other tools as required.
• Identify and report defects, assembly issues, or material shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain production flow by meeting daily output and quality targets.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and production staff to support efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
