Special Education Substitute Para Responsibilities include:

• Providing instructional and behavioral support and assistance to classroom teachers and students assigned to a team in a K-8 setting • Supervising students during recess, lunch, and sensory breaks • Recording student progress on data sheets, goal sheets, and daily logs to assist the teacher and behavior coordinator • Assisting with educational classroom needs and student behavior plans • Working collaboratively with a school-based team

Substitutes should be comfortable working with children with autism and related special needs in grades K-8, alone or as part of a co-teaching team. Subs are expected to maintain classroom health and safety standards, implement pre-written lesson plans, update childrens daily information electronically, and follow the program guidelines.

Urgent Need Physical Education para:

A long-term assignment through the end of May 2026 is available. The daily rate is $120.00, and $130.00 per day for long-term assignments. Compensation is semi-monthly on the 15th and 30th of each month. Direct deposit is required. Linden Grove School will pay for your FBIBCI checks.
