Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot is required. Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested.
Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.
Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents.
Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.
