Microsoft Copilot & Enterprise AI Consultant
Pay Rate: $85/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI adoption. This role will focus on troubleshooting Copilot functionality, optimizing AI workflows, improving Microsoft 365 integrations, and advising business users on AI best practices.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Copilot in real-world business environments, training users on AI adoption, and evaluating AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Copilot functionality, workflow issues, and AI-generated output inconsistencies across business operations
- Support users with prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and AI workflow best practices
- Improve reliability and accuracy of Copilot-generated outputs within Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel
- Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot adoption, user enablement, and AI implementation strategies
- Conduct end-user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer related to AI tools and workflows
- Evaluate Microsoft Copilot configurations, security settings, governance practices, and overall effectiveness
- Recommend improvements for AI operations, governance, security, and organizational processes
- Assess and compare enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Serve as an advisor for AI-related support requests, troubleshooting, and operational guidance
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, leadership, and stakeholders on AI strategy and execution
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft AI ecosystem
- Experience troubleshooting Copilot workflows, prompt behavior, and AI-generated outputs
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and integrations including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Windows environments
- Experience training users and organizations on AI adoption and best practices
- Ability to diagnose AI workflow failures, prompt-related issues, and output inconsistencies
- Experience evaluating AI platforms including Claude and ChatGPT
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption initiatives and organizational change management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft cloud technologies
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and data privacy best practices
- Previous consulting, advisory, or contract-based project experience
- Experience helping organizations evaluate and select enterprise AI tools and adoption strategies
