As the Coordinator, Talent Development & Engagement V, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience through impactful engagement initiatives, dynamic communication strategies, and talent development programs. Duties:
- Supports Insight Engagement Survey efforts, including administration of lifecycle surveys (onboarding, exit, annual engagement, and pulse surveys)
- Coordinates regular review of survey results with People & Performance (P&P) and key stakeholders; helps drive response strategies to employee feedback
- Administers rewards and recognition programs, including service awards, peer-to-peer recognition (Trailblazers), and points-based programs (Peak Performer)
- Generates and analyzes reports for stakeholders and P&P team
- Assists in planning and execution of employee engagement events across locations, including vendor coordination, logistics, and participant management
- Tracks event performance and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develops and distributes P&P communications and promotional content to increase awareness of initiatives
- Partners with corporate communications to reinforce company culture through ongoing messaging
- Manages internal communications via Workplace/intranet, including posts for initiatives, events, new hires, and employee recognition
- Supports talent development initiatives, including new hire orientation (Exploring Acadia) and maintenance of learning resources
- Coordinates training programs, workshops, and webinars (scheduling, communications, materials, and logistics)
- Assists with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course setup, reporting, and completion tracking
- Manages vendor contracts and ensures timely payment for engagement and development initiatives
- Serves as point of contact for vendors and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
- Applies solid job knowledge to manage a broad range of moderately complex tasks, exercising judgment in problem-solving and recommendations
