The Coordinator, Strategy & Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and working in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer. Serves as a strategic liaison and departmental partner-coordinating cross-functional work, driving project execution, and helping translate priorities into organized plans and outcomes across both the Strategy and Marketing functions.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support cross-functional initiatives by managing project timelines, deliverables, and action items for key strategy and marketing efforts.

  • Organize and drive workplans for strategic projects, planning processes, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Facilitate project meetings, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure consistent follow-through on tasks and commitments.

  • Prepare and refine briefing materials, executive presentations, and supporting documents for meetings and strategic discussions.

  • Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and tracking tools to drive operational excellence across Strategy and Marketing.

  • Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, retreats, and planning sessions; contribute to preparation and on-site coordination for priority marketing events as needed.

  • Gather and analyze data for executive presentations, summaries, and leadership briefings, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Integrate inputs from diverse stakeholders into cohesive, leadership-ready deliverables supporting the organization's strategic and marketing priorities.

  • Provide strategic and operational support on special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degrees or certifications in business, marketing, or project management are preferred.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3-5 years in a high-level administrative, coordination, or project management role within a complex organizational environment. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and composure. Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot);
