The Sales Gallery Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by welcoming visitors, managing tour assignments, and maintaining the sales environment.
They will update systems with tour information, assign guests to sales staff, answer calls, and ensure accurate logging and reporting of tours.
Additional duties include inventory management, supervising financial transactions, coordinating transportation, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
Minimum qualifications include 1+ year of customer service experience, high school diploma (associate's degree preferred), multitasking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
