Coordinator for Provider Employment

Position Purpose:

The Coordinator Provider Employment Services provides administrative and operational support to Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiters throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role ensures a high-quality candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment documentation, and facilitates efficient coordination between candidates, recruiters, hiring leaders, and internal partners. The coordinator plays a critical role in keeping recruitment processes organized, timely, and compliant.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree in administration, health or behavioral science field preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, healthcare operations or a related role.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience working with physicians preferred
  • Flexible, dependable, reliable person with ability to organize and multi-task responsibilities and perform well under pressure.
