Job Description
The Coordinator of Career Success is a full-time, professional staff member in the Division of Academic Affairs, reporting to the Assistant Director of Career Success. This position supervises four Career Peers.
Career Success provides education and services to approximately 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students from the College of Arts & Sciences, the School of Business Administration, and the School of Music, as well as alumni from each program. Career Success is a team of six full-time staff, including an Executive Director, Director, Associate Director, Assistant Director, Coordinator, and Administrative Specialist. Part-time staff include two Graduate Assistants, two Office Assistants, four Career Peers, and a Marketing Assistant.
Career Peers are undergraduate Stetson students who collaborate with their peers to provide effective, high-quality career services. Career Peers provide services to all students regarding career skills and exploration; career and graduate school decision-making; and job, internship, and graduate school searching and applications. Career Peers work closely with Career Success staff to market the office and occasionally deliver career-related outreach programming to various student groups and organizations. Work authorization sponsorship may be available for this position. However, sponsorship is contingent upon the non-applicability of the visa petition fees outlined in the relevant Executive Order signed September 19, 2025.
